ServiceMaster provides measurable quality improvements to satisfy all regulatory needs.
ServiceMaster exceeds the designed-class cleanliness standard for every cleanroom we maintain.
Through our research and development, we are working with and helping to rewrite the most current EST cleaning standards and protocols. Whether your cleanroom is Class 1, or Class 100,000, working with ServiceMaster begins with a "deep" or "aseptic" cleaning custom-tailored to your needs. We maintain that level of cleanliness for you by training your workers in our methods and equipping them with our specially developed tools and materials. In maintaining the stable background, we are successful at keeping the housekeeping process from becoming a source of contamination.
Your on-site ServiceMaster manager is responsible for quality control. Our systems, techniques and management skills are focused on providing specific, measurable quality improvements in the services we manage. We provide the documentation needed to satisfy any regulatory body to which you must answer.

ServiceMaster comprehensive training programs enhance the effectiveness and productivity of service workers.
Working with Arizona State University, ServiceMaster has developed a unique Cleanroom Certification Program for our managers and service workers. Our comprehensive training programs transcend traditional boundaries by incorporating appropriate scientific content with a holistic approach to controlling the environment. The programs are designed to dramatically enhance effectiveness and productivity of personnel by teaching the philosophy of the "cleanroom as an extended system." All aspects of the controlled environment, from the room to the people in it, to the facilities surrounding it, to the suppliers of equipment and materials, are considered to be linked and vital to the purpose of contamination control.
