A	e z life is a new business division of the 90 year public company United Medicorp. It is in the business of providing domestic cleaning services.
Q	Does your company provides only cleaning services?
A	No. We have other quality services such as laundry pressing and running errands (For a list of services, please click on SERVICES). If you like, we can even customize a plan to suit your needs so that you only pay for what you need.
Q	Do you serve my area?
A	e z life will serve all types of residences, in every part of Singapore.
Q	Will you supply your own equipment and supplies?
A	We will supply all of our own equipment and supplies unless you agreed to provide some of the basic cleaning equipment.
Q	Are your attendants reliable? How do you ensure that?
A	All the attendants are either Singapore citizens or permanent residents and their backgrounds are screened thoroughly. Furthermore, we have a comprehensive set of recruitment and selection procedures to ensure that they meet the most stringent set of requirements. Besides, we will also assign the same attendant to serve you if you engage our services regularly.
Q	In the event where our properties are damaged in the process of cleaning, what are our compensation?
A	Our company will be responsible for direct breakages of property belonging to the customer, up to a limit of $500 or the cost of item, whichever is lower. However, proof of item cost must be produced.

Q	I have reviewed your scope of services. However, there are some services that I don't need and would like to replace it with other services. Is your company able to do that? And how much will I be charged?
A	We strive at providing flexibility to our customers. Thus, we can customize a package that you require and we will adjust the price accordingly. We can arrange for a meeting so that we can provide a customized solution upon knowing your needs.
Q	My wife and I are working and we need someone to clean our home while we are out at work. Can your company arrange for this?
A	Although we strongly advise customers to be there to inspect upon completion so that your expectations are met, however we can also make special arrangements for you. Firstly, you can duplicate a full set of keys for us and we ensure that the keys will be kept safely when not in use. Alternatively, we will provide a lock to you so that you can lock the gate with it during days that we will be visiting your home. On non-cleaning days, you can lock your gates with your own lock.
Q	Are your chemicals harmful to my children?
A	We take special attention in selecting our chemicals so that our clients can really have a clean and healthy living conditions. In fact, we sanitise your properties and deodorize the area to your preference so that you feel refreshed and "clean" as soon as you step into your home after a long day at work.
Q	I would like someone to take out all the items in my kitchen cabinets and then give the interior a thorough clean. Which package do you think I should take?
A	Our spring-cleaning packages can be amended to your needs at affordable rates. It is a comprehensive domestic housekeeping package that is targeted at households who need their homes to be thoroughly cleaned.
Q	Besides cleaning, I also need services such as ironing and washing my car once per week. Do you have such services?
A	In the scope of services for our regular and spring-cleaning packages, our home attendants will press 10 pieces of garments/linen during every visit. If you would like to have more pieces to be pressed or engage a car-washing service, we can always arrange it for you.
Q	If I enter into an one-year contract 3 months ago and would like to terminate the contract at the end of this month, would there be any penalty?
A	Yes, you will liable for a penalty of 10% of the total contract sum.
