A natural extension of our first objective, this statement reflects our belief in the worth of each individual. We strive to empower people and enable them to succeed. To do this, our training not only helps people develop work skills for the jobs they do, but also life skills for the people they are becoming. We view this objective as a daily responsibility and privilege.
To Pursue Excellence
This tenet is never ending process of change and growth. It permeated every facet of our business, and dovetails precisely with our three objectives by facilitating customer loyalty and helping people develop as they seek ways to improve.
To Grow Profitably
We see profit as a measure of our business performance. Profit is not an end, but a means of accomplishing our other objectives. Profitability enables us to fulfill our obligations to our shareholders and provides the means for people to work, to grow and to serve. Our challenge is to use profit wisely for the benefit of our people, our customers and our communities.
